TUESDAY & wednesday night vocal workshops
Hi friends!
As we keep adjusting to social distancing, staying at home more and acquiring greater skills at maneuvering through ZOOM experiences … (lol!) … we also arrive at that place where we are searching for some opportunities to sing!
It’s time for some fabulous Vocal Performance Workshops for Singers. I will be teaming up with Rachel Holder and Judi Vinar to offer two separate vocal experiences via Zoom. We will be facilitating Level I and Level II workshops utilizing Zoom as a meeting space and will cap off the experience with a (VERY safely produced) live performance that will be captured on video and then assembled into a Showcase Video Concert that participants can view and share.
How these classes will happen:
· Classes will meet weekly via Zoom
· Different vocal/performance topics will be offered each week.
· Singers will collaborate with Lori to choose one song (she will choose the second selection) and Lori will record an accompaniment of their song to use to play as a background when they perform in “ZOOM class” and are coached on elements of performance and vocal technique to consider including in their song presentations.
· The final class will be individual performances with Lori (VERY safely executed with Judi or Rachel in attendance) that will be filmed and then assembled into a Showcase Concert Video that will be available for viewing and sharing.
Level I details:
· Six Wednesdays at 7:00 PM – from September 2nd through October 14th via ZOOM. (NO class on Wednesday, September 30th)
· Videotaped solo performances on Wednesday, October 21st - (this will be in a VERY safe and socially distanced environment) – times will be scheduled every half-hour. Only Lori, Rachel and the student will be in the room.
Cost: $350 (includes 6 class sessions, one solo final performance, accompaniment recordings, exercise recordings and access to final Showcase Video.
Class Size: 10 participants

Level II details:
(For those who have either taken Level I previously or have studied with Rachel, Judi or Lori)
· Five Tuesdays at 7:00 PM – from September 1st through September 29th via ZOOM
· Videotaped solo performances on Tuesday, October 6th - (this will be in a VERY safe and socially distanced environment) – times will be scheduled every half-hour. Only Lori, Judi and the student will be in the room.
Cost: $310 (includes 5 class sessions, one solo final performance, accompaniment recordings, exercise recordings and access to final Showcase Video.)
Class Size: 10 participants
